We understand that people today have busy lifestyles.  Time constraints have meant that the home cooked meal has been replaced by that which is cooked by the local suburban restaurant.  We aim to cook fresh  high quality meals for you, providing all of the nutrition and flavour expected from offerings at your local suburban restaurant, whilst still giving you the convenience, and confidence in a meal you can heat and eat.

Freshly cooked meticulously by hand, not from a production line! We believe in good tasting fresh Thai meals and there is no replacement to the traditional way of cooking.

We support local and we love fresh. All our meals are cooked with majority fresh local ingredients and to maintain authenticity, small amounts are imported.

Cooked fresh on demand & snapped frozen

We blast chill our freshly cooked Easy Bowls to seal in the flavours so when you reheat, it will taste like it was freshly served from our restaurant!

20 years of serving good food to our local community restaurant in Grange Brisbane. We want to now share our local flavour of Thai fresh meals with everyone in Australia!

Yellow Curry with chicken and Rice

Slightly sweeter and more mild, the colour of the curry is attained from turmeric, while the flavours are a gentle blend of cumin, coriander seed, fenugreek, ginger, and garlic.

Red Curry with chicken and Rice

One of the most famous of all of the Thai curries, Red Curry is made using dried red chillies, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, galangal, and other aromatic spices.

Pork Hung Lae Curry

A seamless blend of the earthiness of Indian and Burmese curries with Thailand’s love for pork, ginger and garlic.  It is a perfect winter warmer

Green Curry with chicken and Rice

The most widely known of all Thai curries and a perennial Thai favourite is Green Curry. Both the colour and heat are derived from the use of green chillies within the curry paste.

Chicken Nasi Goreng (Gluten)

Indonesian fried rice dish with the smokiness from a well-tempered wok, and the richness from dark sweet soy sauce, shredded omelette, chicken and vegetables.

Chicken Katsu Curry (Gluten)

Japanese traditional curry flavours is smooth in texture, and is deep golden brown in colour.  Paired with panko breadcrumb coated chicken breast, and served with potato, carrot, and onion.

Chicken Hokkien Noodle

A noodle stir fry where just as much flavour is derived from the noodles themselves, as there is from the fresh vegetables, chicken, and meat with which they’re stir fried.

Chicken Basil Stir Fry

A fragrant blend of red chili, garlic, basil leaves, and served with minced chicken on a bed of jasmine rice.

Beef Panang Curry

Panang curry, a milder, richer, and sweeter than many other Thai curries.  It’s a fragrant blend of spices and coconut cream, driven by kaffir lime leaf, results in a mouthful of flavour.

Chicken Peanut Sauce Stir Fry

Thai Peanut Sauce (satay) Stir Fry complimented with chicken, fresh vegetables, and rice, providing a mouthful of flavour and texture in each bite.

Beef Massaman Curry

Traditionally served with beef, potato, onion, and roasted peanuts, all on a bed of Jasmine rice, Massaman Curry is the ultimate comfort food.

Chicken Cashew Nut Stir Fry

Chicken Cashew Nut Stir Fry owes its delicious taste and popularity to a wonderful blend of chilli jam, vegetables, and cashews, making for a guilt free meal any time.


What we do

At Easy Bowl, we are proud to deliver a product that is handmade, and not from another production line.  Our chefs make your meal by hand, using the finest fresh ingredients.  An overwhelming majority of our fresh food, including meats, herbs, and vegetables, are sourced from Australia. For the sake of quality, authenticity, and the integrity of the dish, a small amount of our products are imported.


While our methods are simple and reflect those of your local Asian suburban restaurant, they are grounded on around 20 years of serving good food to our local community.  We receive orders in small batches.  Our chefs only cook according to the orders received, and then each meal is individually blast chilled, and then frozen, to seal in the flavours. Your meal is then boxed, and delivered to you under full temperature control.


Why settle for bulk produced health food for the masses when you can have made to order Thai cuisine that has been sustaining Thais and Australians for generations. Eat well, live well, and be well.

Who we are

Our chefs all originate from Thailand and South East Asia.  As owners, we started working in restaurants and industrial kitchens in the late 1990’s.  Our focus has always been customer driven


We always felt skeptical when a new “Asian inspired” flavour or meal flooded the market (hello sweet chilli sauce, nam jim, and satay).  We saw there was very little focus on the customer who ended up using the product, and the pre-prepared meals and sauces on offer were often gimmicks that tasted nondescript and lacked authenticity.

We deliver every Thursday.

  • Simply order before midnight Monday, get it delivered snapped fresh & frozen on Thursday.
  • Order on Tuesday onwards, we’ll get it to you next Thursday.
  • We currently only deliver to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast post codes. As we expand operations more post codes will be included.
